A message to our Canadian subscribers

At PupBox, we have always strived to provide the best possible customer experience. Unfortunately, some of the logistical challenges (e.g. unpredictable delivery times) that can negatively affect our Canadian customers are outside of our control. We expect these challenges to persist, and have made the tough decision to stop shipping to Canada after November 15th, 2021. We will automatically cancel your monthly subscription after your final box so you won’t be charged again. While we won’t be able to continue shipping to Canada, here’s a library of free training content we hope you’ll find useful. For in-person shopping, be sure to check out your local Canadian Tire store for select Petco products!  From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for choosing PupBox and being such a great customer.
